Credits are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have not used any credits, you receive a full refund. If you have used some credits, you receive a proportional refund for the unused portion. Credits that have been used for generation are non-refundable as the service has been consumed.
If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required.
